The Burcham, located in Rosebery NSW, is an amazing development which certainly stands out from a technological point of view. Originally designed byJohn Burcham Clamp and built in 1918 it was constructed as a factory for Wrigley’sGum.

Our team has been involved in the design and delivery of the state of the art access control system, incorporating biometric technology, CCTV andComelit intercoms for this site.The intercom system is fully integrated with apartment automation for lighting, sound, blinds and climate control. As well as integration into the apartment energy management system for the tracking of individual apartment energy usage.

This highly successful project is a united effort between ExpertSecurity, Comelit Intercoms Australia, Harvey Norman Commercial, Clipsal and Environexus.
